Lately..

Lately I've been noticing the moments
Where I'm staring up at the ceiling
Or my head is tilted against the pressure of the water
Coming out of the shower.

Where my only companions
Are my thoughts
Taking me away some place else
Everywhere and nowhere
Running away, coming back.
